The LoopbackOnly key is broken. If I recall, it ignores AuthHosts (ie, if
you need the accept/deny box, it won't work). The work-around I found was
setting AuthHosts to "-:?127.0.0.1:". I think Wez replied to me that he
knows it's broken, they'll fix it for the next release.
