Hello! Some NAT thoughts for you:

What is the address your local ISP is giving you? If
it starts with 192.168.x.x, or 172.x.x.x, or 10.x.x.x then
yes, your ISP is doing Network Address Translation.
> If so, how are you getting around that?
FortuNATely, NAT shouldn't break anything. :) From
your machine's point of view, the IP address is (for example)
10.1.2.3; from the "real world's" point of view, though, you
have a real IP number: 209.68.147.66 for example. This real
world number is translated, on the fly, by your ISP so that
it finds it's way to you at 10.1.2.3.
So...to make ZeBeDee (or anything else) work with
a non-routable private-IP number, you have to find out what
your ISP has given you on the *outside*. Should be easy
enough to find a website that'd tell you such things. Or,
try a traceroute if you have it available.
In general...I think ISP's do NAT'ing to prevent
people from running servers on the connections. Makes it
difficult to for other people to connect to you, since
you don't have a "real" IP, and it's tricky to find out
what your "private" IP is being NAT'd into.
Good luck!
