Just setup any screen saver (setup a light screen saver because open-gl scrs
will slow the servers) on yours servers with the option of use of a password and
the time to start. When the scr starts, if anyone moves the mouse or press a key
in kb a message of workstation locked will appear.
Only the user can unlock the server (or any admin,but just for shutdown the
server).
