I doubt it.  This would require that Windows be told there was extra
desktop space as far as the mouse were concerned, but that there was no
monitor associated with it...  you'll be lucky if there is ever an
implementation for Windows.  X11 is just so much more flexible in this area.

A possible solution is to scavenge a small box (a 486 might do), set up a
small X11 desktop on it under Linux, and run x2vnc on it to both PCs.  Then
you could almost ignore the Linux box and just remember to move your mouse
off the X11 desktop when you start up.  :)
