the Policy Editor Template for VNC win32 made by Daniel Quinlan

helps to config the WinVNC and not forget anything (except passwords). also
good for large domains.
I've modified the windows ADM with wallpaper disabling , 3.3.3r8.
I couldn't get to write binary values in the ADM to manage the passwords also.
:-(
where do I post it to for everybody to use ?
