Is there a way to do it without the VNC Viewer?

I'm pretty sure this is an easy one, but I can't seem to find it in the FAQ.

I am running WinVNC on a NT 4 box and I need multiple users to be able to
access it to view the same screen. When one user logs on, it knocks the
current user off. How do I make so they can all access it at once?

Thanks,

Brett
