I like this feature, and it works well, but there is one problem I ran into. Sometimes I need to view a users screen and watch what they are doing (view only mode), and then, if I need to, take control, locking their keyboard and mouse do what I need to, and then give them back control. Unfortunately, even in view only mode, the keyboard and mouse still lock up. I know this is a server side thing completely. I need to client to be able to tell the server to lock down the keyboard and mouse and release it. (switch to and from View Only mode) Anyone have something like this already?
