You can view the Service name with the Netsvc utility "netsvc /list
\\computername.
Or you can use the display name when inserting in quotes as net start
"service name".

Exactly because its like the old 8.3 limit imposed on file names under DOS,
the services panel has the display name for the service, which maps to the
service name.
