yes they have, and normally, I would point you to www.conduits.com/pspc/,
but they seem to be down right now, so instead, I did a search on yahoo,
and found this location that also has binaries... it isn't in english, but
just click on the "ARM" hyperlink, and that will download an executable
binary.
