This isn't a very elegant solution, but it may work for you. Assuming you have MS Word on the client machine: 1. Open Word 2. Hold down the shift key and type the first letter of any word (e.g, "s") 3. Release the shift key and type the rest of the word (e.g. "ONICS") followed by a space. 4. Word will automatically turn off the caps lock.
