Sounds like you've set a password for VNC, but it's been set for 
that user - not as a default.

Firstly, get the servicehelper going - it'll give you can icon to play 
with. Drop into cmd mode and change directory to where VNC is 
installed. Now run "winvnc -servicehelper" (oddly enough) and that 
will install the tray icon.

There's a couple of ways to set a default password. I think the 
easist it to run "winvnc -defaultsettings" (again from the source dir) 
and this will bring up a menu where you can set the password.
