Good idea, if that's not already in ORL's 4.0 doco. I'll add it to the
gestalt stuff that I've already written up.
I'm going to plonk the draft of v5.0 on http://www.evilsecurity.com/vnc/ as
soon as I've passed it around a few key people. Again, I'm volunteering to
co-ordinate and document all current extra features from all and sundry.
Please use me.
The VNC RFB 3.0 protocol doco is July 1998, which is an awful long time
between revisions. :-)
