Any systems behind the firewall can provide services if the firewall
opens/forwards/redirects the appropriate ports.
So, if you want your PC at IP address 192.168.0.2 to be an Internet web
server,
tell your firewall to forward/redirect port 80 to 192.168.0.2.

This assumes you have a static IP address so people can find you.  Otherwise
you can use one of the dynamic name registration services (eg,
www.dyndns.org).
