What does VNC use to determine the name displayed on the Windows Viewer in
the taskbar and in the title bar? I'm guessing it's Machine Name.
The reason I'm asking is that I've got VNC installed on my Windows 2000
machine at home and I'm using the VNC Viewer on my Win2K machine at work to
check my personal mail every so often.
BUT all my machines at home are named after Muppets and I wish there was a
way to not have Fozzy or Kermit or MsPiggy show up in the title / task bar
and instead have it use what I type into the viewer (usually the IP address).
Is there some setting that I missed that will do this?
Matt
