Mistake...I cannot connect to the win2000 through the viewer, it gives me CLOSED CONNECTION status.

The win2000 system is locked. Before this new version of VNC, I was able to use the browser so that I could send a CTL+ALT+DEL command to unlock the workstation. I can connect through the regular viewer but using that and trying to connect to a locked workstation, I cannot send CTL+ALT+DEL command. Has anybody run into this yet??
