Yes it does. Your Gigabyte GA-7ZMM motherboard uses the same Via KM133 chipset as my ECS K7VMA.
I ask again has anyone had success with a motherboard based on this chipset? The good news for you, Zoran, is that it should work at 800 by 600 and 256 colors (if that's enough for you). My guess is that the makers of these (relativly cheap) motherboards just repackage the video drivers from Via with little or no modification, so if you are absolutely sure your VNC Server machine is set to 800x600x256 and you are still getting black screen you should try the drivers from the Via website. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Zoran Pantic Sent: Friday, October 05, 2001 10:46 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: black screen problem connecting to w98 machine Now I'll type exactly as it is stated by the company selling it: S3 Savage (onboard) ProSavage GigaByte GA-7zmm Does it brig a little light in the problem?
