PM Viewer (for OS/2) support greyscale display.
It communicate VNC server with BGR332, and display them
with 4 level grey scale.
PM VNC viewer also display with VGA16 colors, but generally,
4 level greyscale gives more natural image.

RFB protocol does not support greyscale (AFAIK).
