I added a -interface option to Xvnc, but I don't remember when; I
think it may have been after Red Hat Linux 7.1 came out. So you'll
probably need to upgrade your VNC packages to those from Red Hat Linux
7.2 (or Rawhide).
Anyhow, from man Xvnc on my system:
-interface ipaddr
Only bind to the interface with given ipaddr.
