I didn't find precise information about what need a vnc server to work. I want to install a vnc server on a QNX6 platform (I know that vnc clinet/server exists for this platform). I don't have a X server, such as XFree already installed on it and I don't really understand what 'xvncserver runs as a standard x server really means.
So, I'd like to know what the minimum requirements are to start a VNC server. Do we need Xfree installed? Do we need some X tools installed (such as xauth). Do we need some X scripts properly installed and configured?
