Sorry, I'm a little confused - the subject line says "nt", but you don't say
which part of it is NT - ie, are you running Winvnc on an NT machine, or are
you running vncviewer on NT??

Subject: help - can't get vnc to work over ssh [nt]

having a very weird problem. first off, everything works properly if the nt
server console is logged in. if it is not logged in i cannot connect to the
vnc server over any display/port except for 0 (0 works fine).

the result of this is that i can not use ssh effectively, since it requires
a local connection with a display other than 0. i can always connect over 0,
but this is not secure.

does this sound familiar to anybody? any help would be greatly
appreciated...
thank you
