Scanman,
I'm sorry if I seem dense, (Its only because I am! LOL) but I don't
understand where I am supposed to put the quotation marks. The shortcut
points to target: "C:\Program Files|ORL\VNC\VNCHooks_Settings.reg" and
the *.reg file is exactly there. It is already in Quotation marks just as
I typed it on the left.
Double Clicking on the *.reg file produces the same error result as
the short cut.
Steve suggested the quotes as well but I do not understand where to
put them. (Ok, I know where some of you are going to tell me to put them!)
If you are referring to something else, please explain because I don't
know.

You need to put QUOTATION MARKS (") around the filename.
