Start -> Run Command -> regedit

browse to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\

Right-click in the right hand panel and select New -> DWORD Value

Name the new DWORD "ConnectPriority"

Double-click ConnectPriority and set the value to 1.
