I don't know what ics is ? You need to run both VNC and DNS2GO on the host, you need not run anything on the computer you will access remotely because using DNS2GO you will be using the JAVA.
Obvioulsy you must have JAVA installed on the computer you are accessing from. >From the remote computer type in www.yourdns2go.dns2go.com url and the JAVA screen should pop up, you put your password in and you should be connected.
