(1) I did a grid of WinVNC server registry settings as pulled from the
documentation, and also marked the ones which are set up by default on a server
immediately after a new server install *without* the service helper running.
It's an Excel spreadsheet and if anyone wants to see it you can download it
from:

http://www.bittnet.com/winremote/files/winvnc_server_registry_summary.xls

(2) I also have put together a short script to get WinVNC server setup data. It
grabs the basic Local Machine-Specific, Local Per-User Default and Global
Per-User Default settings from the registry, along with the WinVNC server
startup parameters, and outputs it to Internet Explorer along with the computer
name, currently logged on user's name, and a timestamp. This can easily be
saved or printed for reference.

Current version of that is at:

http://www.bittnet.com/winremote/files/vncreport.wsf

It does require at least IE 4 and WSH 5.0 on a system to run the report tool;
this is just a quick and dirty form for present, since in the long run I intend
to have remote report ability and output to a file.

Note - if the WSF automatically displays in your browser instead of downloading,
you can go ahead and do a "Save As..". Since a WSF file is in XML format, IE and
some versions of Moz apparently try to read it as layout. It does give you a
pretty display of the script structure that way... ;)
