Don't! 1: why? the vnc-password protects just as much as the screen-lock password 2: what screen needs to be saved? 3: Most screensavers use processor power other users would like to use. 4: I'd disable the screensaver (and screenlock) in vnc sessions. For normal users, I'd even completly stop the server once the user stops.
