Yes; the port on which it runs is 5900 + the display number
For 5901, set it to use Display 1; for 5902, Display2; and so on.

You can also modify it directly in the registry.  The location depending on your
configuration is:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ORL\WinVNC3\Default\PortNumber
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\Default\PortNumber
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3\<username>\PortNumber
