Hello all;

my Linux based Browser generates some events internally quite fast.
(eg, position, orientation updates when moving)

When I use these for eventOuts, a *lot* of data is sent to the 
EAI interface, and this creates long lags.

I have not been able to locate in the spec how fast/many eventOuts
should be generated.

eg, when I am moving, every frame update gives me an eventOut; this
is obviously too fast for a network shared world.

can anyone *PLEASE* give me some hints? I'd like to release 
another version as soon as this "problem" is fixed.
