It doesn't look like Microsoft sold TellMe.
Microsoft Tellme speech innovation
www.microsoft.com/en-us/tellme/
Microsoft Tellme lets people say what they want and get it.

They kept licensing in place for some of the technology but otherwise sold it
off and moved the employees away. They are now part of 24/7.

I met one of the original guys at the company two weeks ago actually, cool guy.
We met for drinks and it turned out he lives on my street. Small world. Sounds
like TellMe was a really cool company and transitioning it to 24/7 has
successfully breathed a lot of life back into it.

Their needs aren't huge, probably 10 concurrent when they have a project
running and 5000-10000 total dials.

There are SO many. (I rep for quite a few of them).
How many users?
Do you need to port or keep phone numbers? If so, what area code and
exchange.
What is the CPE or IAD? The reason I ask is that SIP Trunking is not a
standard like PRI. PRI is an ITU standard that allows for just two
configurations on equipment. SIP Trunking is NOT a standard. It is the
interpretation of 30 RFC's, so inter-operability between service
provider and hardware is imperative.
Thank you.

Stupid question, but hasn't your account manager given you clear next
steps, and contacts?
