I thought only we had customers that did that crap. We have one customer
that spends 3-4 days trying to tell us what he needs help with. He never
types anything in the message body, just the subject line. It kind of
goes like this over a few days.
Help
Can't dial out
Your stuff broken
fix now
Those are actual subject lines from emails he sends us with nothing else.
Eventually after a few days he will get mad and call in because we're not
advanced enough to read his mind.

We have customers who call us on-net complaining that they can't call
out, as well as some who email us complaining that they can't send email.
Most of the time they're calling a bad number or emailing to a bad
address, but it's somehow our fault.
