Check LERG, if you're subscribed to that product. If it's a carrier that you're buying services from, reach out to your account manager and see if they'll get you better contact info. Or give them your most common problems and get the specific Tier I/intake call numbers for each. Most large carriers have different Tier I groups for different parts of their puzzle, often with separate numbers and call trees. And don't be afraid to ask for escalation if it's not getting fixed.
