This has been a really frustrating outage! Not even because there is an outage as those happen, but the lack of communication. It's like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. On top of that there support line is down. No out of band support line?!?! Yes I am a direct pacwest customer and would like to have my support calls answered when I have issues, just as we do for our customers!
