The last thread about what do you use to monitor quality of calls was pretty informative. So I thought another one about what do you use to monitor your infrastructure would be useful as well.
We've been using Nagios on an external server. But I'm looking really hard at http://logicmonitor.com due to it's simplicity and their helpfulness with adding features and mapping OID's.
