I noticed that at 7:48am EDT to 7:53am EDT, the Vitelity Portal and API became unavailable, then back up, then back down again at 7:57am and is still down.
This outage is not affecting calls. The emergency contact information I have isn't reaching anyone. Does anyone have a method to reach Vitelity in an outage?
