Does anyone have contact information for the routing/translations
departments at either Mediacom or Charter?  Our tier 2 supervisor has spent
several hours over the past few weeks trying to get both companies to fix
routing issues that are affecting our customers (their customers can't call
our customers).  He's having great difficulty getting a hold of anyone at
either company that can help him out.  If it matters, the region I'm
talking about is the Midwest (Iowa, Illinois, Missouri).
