Finally got the fee documentation. There is $0.01 being added per DID per month for SMS-enabled DIDs, but this fee is a new one: $0.09 (!) per Toll Free Number per month for SMS.

A call to Bandwidth got me zero information about how much this new "fee" will be on each number. Anybody have any more in-depth information about this?
