I don't think we have a formal destination for requests like these, but VS
can certainly identify the customer responsible, and block any traffic from
a specific ANI to specific DNIS.

I think it would be up the the customer's account manager or that product's
manager to decide if any action should be taken against, or notification
provided to the customer.
