Been experiencing an intra-lata Verizon to Level3 issue,  Unfortunately I
do not have access to a reliable way to replicate the issue.  Verizon has
reported a fix but I need to validate.

This only seems to happen in LATA 126.

If anyone has access to a Massachusetts Verizon land line and could make
two quick test calls and reply back their result I would be immensely
thankful.
