You didn't specify analog or digital Centrex but I assume digital because as 
far as I know, all analog "Centrex" phones use the same signalling as any 
analog phone (i.e., loop start + DTMF + FSK-modulated CID).

(A second quick Google suggests the above product is actually called the 
Portico: http://www.citel.com/products/portico-tva/)
