Can anyone provide a recommendation for LIDB providers that can support offnet numnbers? So far I haven't been able to find anyone. Our main origination provider is Level3, and their ELS package is pricey. We're using other providers for CNAM and 911, but so far haven't found anyone that can support getting listings into LIDB.
