So typically i do one of two things.
1: anonymize the last 3 or 4 digits of both numbers. This functionally
wrecks the data for anything but routing analytics. This really only
works if you have the LRN stored yourself as part of the data (this is a
good practice if doing your own dips)
OR
2: Get them under a BAA prior to disclosing data.
