My recollection is that the invoice that is sent out notes the cost for
the entire industry and your company is assigned a contribution factor
based on that amount. I've had several people freak out when they got
their bill. Your contribution factor is calculated based on your 499

registrations for S/S support. I got a bill from NANPfund.com / Welch
LLP that has me suspicious. We don't have our own numbering and its
