First of all fair play to jay, he handled it well. Could this be someone who suspects he's been blocked from calling an ex or someone he's been contacting who's blocked him. He has suspicions that this is what's happened and wants to see what happens when his numbers blocked?
I can't see any other motivations fraudulent or otherwise for this. Unless he's simply really unwell, which is kinda sad. Maybe manager should call him back and really try to unravel wtf is going on.
