If you are self-hosting the config for the Poly configs, then you arguably would not "need" to have Nextiva do anything. You could do a factory reset of each phone and then provision the phones how you normally would.
We do not use ZTP with our Poly phones, so the next paragraph is just speculation...
I'm assuming Poly won't allow a phone to be in more than one ZTP instance at a time. So if you want to have the phones in your ZTP instance, then I suppose Nextiva needs to release them from their ZTP instance, first. Thus, your request for Nextiva support makes perfect sense, at least to me.
