I saw this about a week ago. I don't think it's as big a deal as it
first seems. From my understanding, AT&T is still going to be offering
LD, just not through the SBC CIC(s). SBC LD is what's being killed off
here, not AT&T. That's just my understanding of it. I could be wrong,
and if so, feel free to correct me.
