San Diego Union-Tribune Op Ed:
Last Thursday, the San Diego Union-Tribune ran my op ed "Reforming
Bankruptcy Laws: Changes Will Help Everyone". You can read it [1]here.
The conclusion:
Balanced, practical bankruptcy reform is not going to prevent
honest, unfortunate debtors from getting the fresh start they need
and deserve, but it will make it tougher for those who game the
system to evade their financial responsibilities and stick the rest
of us with the bill.
