Now Here's a Really Tough Puzzle:

Consider yesterday's puzzle:

What are the highest-grossing movies set in (1) North America, (2)
Latin America, (3) Europe, (4) Asia, (5) Africa, and (6) Australia?

Now solve it for worldwide grosses, adjusted for inflation. I used the
table [1]here; I hope it has the right data and the right adjustments.
Also, for purposes of this problem, consider a movie to be set in some
place if a substantial chunk of the movie takes place there.

(1) Gone With the Wind, (2) Jurassic Park, (3) The Sound of Music, (4)
The Ten Commandments, (5) The Ten Commandments, (6) Finding Nemo.
