While I'm [1]on the topic of 100-0 nominees, another name they should be talking about over at the Debate Club is [2]David F. Levi, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of California. Levi is a moderate Republican Bush I appointee who is brilliant and universally admired; it's a shame he's not at least on the list of nominees for the Ninth Circuit.
