[1]The Green Bag has posted the list of winning entries in its new annual good legal writing almanac. The Green Bag's plan is to publish a book every year containing the best legal writing from the previous year. The Green Bag assembled a diverse Board of Advisors to nominate and select the entries, and the Board selected a number of articles, books, briefs, and opinions that it believed deserve wider recognition (full disclosure: I'm on the Board of Advisors).
