I'll be talking about all these subjects next Thursday, January 25, from 5 pm to 6:15 pm at the University of San Francisco School of Law. The public is welcome to the lecture, and to the reception which will follow. The lecture will be in room 101 of Kendrick Hall Rotunda; I'm told that Kendrick is on the corner of Shrader and Fulton, directly across the street from St. Ignatius Church. The right of publicity / First Amendment parts of the talk will cover some of the ground touched on in my [1]article on the freedom of speech and the right of publicity and my [2]brief in the Tony Twist right of publicity case.
