   A Massachusetts pediatrician pseudonymously blogged a malpractice
   trial, spicing up his commentary with jabs at the plaintiff,
   plaintiff's attorney, and even the jury. The problem? It was his own
   trial. After he was forced to admit his authorship of the blogon the
